How Sup Labs Ltd handles the information you provide when signing an agreement.
When you sign an agreement through this service we collect: your (or your company's) legal name and address; the signatory's name and title; your email address(es); the social profile links you provide; your mobile number and (if provided) a product postage address; your tax details — substitute W-9 or W-8BEN information including taxpayer identification numbers (required for IRS reporting); your typed signature; and technical signing evidence (IP address, device, timestamps and the verification steps you completed).
Your details are used solely to prepare and execute your agreement with Sup Labs Ltd, to pay you, and to keep evidence that the signature is genuine. The signing evidence appears on the certificate of completion attached to your signed PDF. We don't sell or share your information for marketing.
Data is processed by Sup's service providers: Vercel (hosting), Convex (database and document storage) and Resend (email delivery). Taxpayer identification numbers are encrypted at rest. Signed PDFs are sealed with a tamper-evident digital signature.
Incomplete submissions are deleted automatically after 30 days. Completed, signed agreements are retained as legal records of the contract. You can request a copy of your data or its erasure (where the law allows) by emailing matt@sup.co. Sup Labs Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (no. 15889484).
